  • FamilyID will open on June 1, 2019 for fall sports registration -  Anyone wishing to tryout for a fall sport MUST register online before the first day of team activities which is Friday, August 16, 2019 for Football and Thursday, August 22, 2019 for the remaining fall sports.  In order to receive football equipment you must be registered on FamilyID.  It is advised to register by Wednesday, August 15, 2019 for all fall sports except Football to be sure all requirements are verified and the student athlete is cleared to participate for the first day of team activities.
  • Impact Testing will take place in the BHS Library from 3PM-5PM on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 for Football and Field Hockey, Wednesday, August 14, 2019 for Soccer and Cross Country, and Thursday, August 15, 2019 for Volleyball and Golf.  Please click on the "Concussion/Impact Testing" link during registration.  Impact testing is required for all 9th and 11th grade students and new students.  If student athletes are on vacation during the times listed, please contact Jennifer Gouvin, Athletic Director at to receive a time the week of August 19, 2019.
  • Picture Day is Thursday, August 29, 2019 begininng at 3PM in the BHS gym (more information/order forms to come from coaches).
  • Parent and student athlete fall sports meeting is Thursday, August 29, 2019 at 6:30PM in the VMA - attendance is required.

Football Equipment distribution 7/29/2019 10AM at BHS and 8/5/2019 10AM at BHS 

Football 8/16/2019 4PM-6PM at BHS - 8/17/2019 9AM-11AM at BHS - 8/18/2019 off - 8/19/2019 4PM-6PM at BHS - Coaches will distribute the remaining schedule

Field Hockey 8/22/2019 7AM-9:30AM and 5PM-7:30PM at BHS - 8/23/2019 7AM-9:30AM and 5PM-7:30PM at BHS - 8/24/2019 Scrimmage Play Day at Quabog, bus leaves BHS about 8:00 am - games should be done at approximately 12PM (confirmation of exact times by 8/22/2019) - 8/25/2019 Team Building Event 9AM- 5PM at Foley Field (pending approval)

Changes will be communicated to student athletes as quickly as possible by coaches.

  • The Athletic Department implemented a tiered system for athletic fees in 2017. Please check the cost of each sport on the list below.
  • All checks for athletic fees are to be made out to "TOWN OF BELCHERTOWN."  Athletic fee must be paid to receive equipment/uniforms.
