Transcript Request for Colleges 


Transcripts for college admission can now be requested via Google Forms by clicking on the link below.  You must use your BHS google account to access this form.

Springfield Technical Community College and Holyoke Community College will be holding Instant Accept Days right here at Belchertown High School in January - STCC on January 26 and HCC on January 27.  This super easy process involves seniors signing up in the School Counseling Office and completing the online application to either STCC or HCC or both.  There are no fees.  The Counseling Office will provide transcripts.

Class of 2022 Local Scholarship Application


Local Scholarships are scholarships awarded to Belchertown High School graduating seniors by benefactors and groups from Belchertown or the surrounding areas or who have ties to Belchertown High School.  Some local scholarships require that the Local Scholarship Application be attached to their forms.  The Local Scholarship Applicaton may also be required for some of the chosen scholarships (those scholarships chosen by a selection committee).  The Local Scholarship Application must be completed and submitted to the School Counseling Office by Friday, March 4, 2022, at 2:10 pm.  No Local Scholarship Applications will be accepted after this time - No Exceptions.

Work Permits

Work permits are issued in the Superintendent's Office at the Belchertown Public Schools Central Office, 14 Maple Street, Belchertown.  The hours of operation are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.  The phone number is 323-0423 extension 100.  Please click on the link below for more information.  You must have a job prior to obtaining a work permit.

RMV Documents for Learner's Permits and Driver's Licenses

Documents required by the Registry of Motor Vehicles can be obtained by calling or emailing Ms. Drawec, the Administrative Assistant in the School Counseling Office.  She can provide students with the necessary documents that are accepted by the RMV – Official Enrollment Verification Letter and Official Transcript.  You may contact Ms. Drawec by phone at 413-323-9351 or by email at  You will need to provide the student’s name, an email address where these documents can be sent, and a phone number in case there are any questions.

MCAS/Standardized Test Results

Special Education Records/504/DCAP (if applicable)

If you are a graduate of BHS/attended BHS and you need a copy of your transcript,
you can either email (preferred) the Administrative
