The PSAT exam will be administered here at BHS on Wednesday, October 13th, during the school day. 

The timeline to register is as follows:

Monday, September 20th - Juniors may begin registering for the PSAT exam in the Counseling Office. 

Monday, September 27th – Sophomores may begin registering for the PSAT exam.

The final deadline for juniors and sophomores to register is Wednesday, October 6th by 2:15 pm. 

An $18 fee (payable by check made out to the Town of Belchertown) is due at the time of registration – a receipt and practice booklet will be provided.  Space is limited so sign up early.



NEACAC College Fair


Mark your calendar!  Western New England University is proud to be hosting the NEACAC (New England Association for College Admission Counseling) College Fair scheduled for Tuesday, October 5, 2021. The fair will be held from 6:00–8:00 p.m. in the Caprio Alumni Healthful Living Center. It will be preceded by an Admissions and Financial Aid Information Session in CSP at 5:00 p.m. At this time, masks will be required for this event regardless of vaccination status but please check our COVID website as the event gets closer for any changes.

Need to learn about financial aid? The trusted experts at MEFA (Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority) are hosting FREE college financing webinars once per week beginning Tuesday, Sept 21st through Thursday, Nov 18th.  Webinars will occur during both daytime and evening hours, and feature industry experts, both from within MEFA and from colleges and organizations across Massachusetts. Work Permits

RMV Documents for Learner's Permits and Driver's Licenses

Documents required by the Registry of Motor Vehicles can be obtained by calling or emailing Ms. Drawec, the Administrative Assistant in the School Counseling Office.  She can provide students with the necessary documents that are accepted by the RMV – Official Enrollment Verification Letter and Official Transcript.  You may contact Ms. Drawec by phone at 413-323-9351 or by email at  You will need to provide the student’s name, an email address where these documents can be sent, and a phone number in case there are any questions.

If you are a graduate of BHS/attended BHS and you need a copy of your transcript,
you can either email (preferred) the Administrative
